Error # 10092 (Not in Owners Manual)

Hi!

 

I'm using Retrospect Express (ver. 5.6) and get this error message every time I shut down the program. It reads as follows: "WSUOpen: WSAStartup failed, error 10092".

 

As mentioned above, this error is NOT listed in the owners manual.

 

I'm hoping someone can tell me what this means and if it is something I should be concerned about.

Thanks for responding! Yeah, I did re-install it at least twice.

My OS is Windows 95. I don't know how I forgot to mention

that before.

 

Also, when I do back-ups I turn off:

1) Norton System Doctor

2) Norton Speed Start

3) Norton Anti-Virus

4) Screen Saver

5) Monitor Power-down features
