melzer Posted February 24, 2003 Report Share Posted February 24, 2003 Amy, Using Express 5.6 to backup using the One Touch feature to Maxtor fire wire HD. I am aware that the One Touch feature is NOT supported in 6.0, but want to have the individual file backup support that 6.0 provides and still retain the One Touch feature of express 5.6. My question is, can the installation of BOTH Express 5.6 and Pro 6.0 co-exist on the same computer as I have described above without problems? AmyJ Posted February 25, 2003 Report Share Posted February 25, 2003 Yes - you can have both programs installed on your system. However, only one version can run at a time. You'll need to move the 5.6 Retrospect application folder to a new location (from the Default C:\Program Files\Dantz) before installing 6.0 to avoid conflicts.
