bprihoda
Hello, I am attempting to backup my laptop using Retrospect Desktop. Everything works fine and and while my external CD burner is hooked up via USB 2.0 PCMIA card show it shows up when program is running and is identified as compatible hardware to write to. When I place a blank CD in the burner as I begin the backup process the CD burner "disappears" from my hardware screen and a message comes up saying that no devices are found to write to. I cannot write to the drive!!!!!!!!!!! Any help or ideas would sincerely be appreciated to solve this problem. BP
AmyJ
While in Retrospect, go to Configure > Devices > Environment and list Vendor, Product and Version for your drive.
