RSoldin Posted January 28, 2003 Report Share Posted January 28, 2003 I am running a Sony SDT-9000 through a Adapetec AVA 2906 SCSI PCI card. Retrospect 5.0.238 and Mac OS 10.2.3 on a PPC dual 1 gig Mac. It seems to work well, except for the verification. All screams when it is writing data to the tape (about 45 mbps or higher) but slows to 5 mbps or less when verifying. Anyone have the same problem or know of a way to fix this?
