AmyJ
Retrospect can't read/copy security data from a server via this access method.
moroo
Thank you response. Does Retrospect use any special method for copying? I can copy these files using explorer.
AmyJ
Try accessing the files through Microsoft Windows Network.
moroo
I'm realy confused. File copy from samba server looks OK. Error reported files restore correctly. It looks just verification problem. So I will use Retrospect without verification from now. How about NTFS Security option? I checked it.
AmyJ
Quote: So I will use Retrospect without verification from now. The verification pass is the only way to know if the data is getting copied properly. According to the errors you are getting - your data _is not_ being copied properly, and does not match the original data in a byte-by-byte file comparison.
