cdebrunn
I am running Retrospect 5.0.238 with driver update 3.2 on a Dual processor PowerMac 867. The drive I am using is a LaCie Firewire DVD-RAM/DVD-R combo drive. I do a backup to removable media, and it writes the first volume just fine, but when I eject the disk and put in another volume, Retrospect does not see the new volume. The new volume does show up on the desktop, it is HFS+ format, it is writeable, and the device status window in Retrospect only shows it's ID (FireWire-A) and no other information. Does anyone know how to make Retrospect see a volume that is mounted on the desktop? Does anyone have any other advice?
AmyJ
We are currently investigating these issues. The current workaround is to stop the backup, log out, and log back in. Retrospect will then be able to see the second side.
