Dead Links = Dead Products???

Recommended Posts

I tried all of the mac review links, they were all dead. I even tried the Retrospect Backup Forum link from the Customer Service Contact page, it was likewise a dead link. SO what does that say about the software. Sorry if that seems ******* but I tend to take my MAC a little more serious and prefer to give it that "Attention to detail" attitude atleast, you know with the Whacky Kernal Panic problem that OS X seems to be getting so famous for.

Well actually, nothing.

- What "mac review links" are you writing to complain about? The page I found on their website with reviews:

http://www.dantz.com/about/reviews.html

has perfectly valid links to downloaded printed reviews.

- What Customer Service Contact page were you looking at? The only such page I found on their website

http://www.dantz.com/support/contact.html has a perfectly valid link on the left labeled "Forums"

http://www.dantz.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php

that brought me to these message boards.

Perhaps if you have problems with the web site you could make the minimal effort to include the link that's causing the problem. Otherwise people might be left with the impression that it's user error.
