AmyJ Posted January 6, 2003 Report Share Posted January 6, 2003 This shouldn't happen unless the software is crashing before you quit. Enter your registration information. When the program has fully started - when you're in the Express Directory window - quit and restart the program. You won't be prompted for registration information again.
