Bad backup set header found

Recommended Posts

This is the second time I have noticed a "Bad backup set header found" message. This is a 15 CD-RW set made on a Sony Spressa CRX1600L, Driver Sony CD-RW 5.01. ASP says Unit Software Version is 10483, Product ID is CD-RW CRX160E, Product Revision Level is 1.0e. Drive is on its own firewire port on a G4/400 with R. 5.0238, Driver update 3.1.105

I have been using this drive for over a year with only a couple of discs having obvious problems, where R. returned Device exception reports. I recently upgraded to 10.2.3.

If this is a bad disc, how do I find out which one it is? I was able to do an incremental backup to this set without error.
