heinzk Posted December 30, 2002 Report Share Posted December 30, 2002 I am running Retro 6 on a 2000 machine, which has been backing up 5 clients, all at version 6. Several days ago all the clients disappeared. Including a brand new out of the box Dell with 2000 and Retro 6 client. Task manager shows the client not running. When I restart the machine, or start the client service manually I get the following message: retroclient.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created. OK I also noticed that when the service is started it show 4144k in task manager when retroclient.exe is executed it shows 4332k in task manager I am able to see other clients, both mac and pc.
