1234567 Posted December 30, 2002 Report Share Posted December 30, 2002 Hello , Is retrospect 5.6 express compatiable with windows xp in a RAID 0 configuration?, I mean, can you backup a complete harddrive and then restore it in a RAID 0 enviroment? what is the procedure for it ?, is it different then normal backups?,if not different how does it load raid drivers that are required to run a raid configurations and then loading them through a disater recovery CDR without any intervention by a user? AmyJ Posted January 2, 2003 Report Share Posted January 2, 2003 If you boot from the Disaster Recovery CD and Retrospect or Windows is unable to see a backup device, hard disk or RAID configuration, it could be that the system is missing important drivers. When booting from the Disaster Recovery CD, you will get a chance to add custom device drivers by pressing F6. If you do miss this step when booting from the CD, reboot from the DR CD and add any additional drivers that are needed to access backup devices or RAID volumes.
