The Mac client requires users to add a bullet to the start or end of the name. I think this is bizzarre! Please let Mac users continue to use bullets but ADD the option to define specific folders. Window client Priority settings are not particularly well implemented (Priority setting 'Backup' = 90 - 95% of CPU while one step towards User = 0 - 5% of CPU), but they do provide real control.
