Backing Up Registry

This has probably been asked many times; but I'm new here and the messages I've seen are unclear. I'm using Retrospect Express 5.6 that came with my One Touch Maxtor drive -- seeminly a great combination. I made a full backup, not duplicate and now make incremental copies using the One Touch function. I'm using this with Windows XP Pro. My two questions have to do with backing up the Registry. Did the original backup make a complete backup of my registry? When I do an incremenal backup, will the Registry be backup up if it has changed since the last full or incremental backup?

Thanks,

Steve

If you are doing a backup, not a duplicate, your registry will always be backed up when your source is the C: (boot) drive. To ensure that your registry is getting backed up, go to

Configure > Backup Sets

Select your set and get Properties

Go to Snapshots

Select your Snapshot and get Properties to see whether or not the Registry is included.
