smwilt Posted December 15, 2002 Report Share Posted December 15, 2002 When backing up, the same two WIN2K files always give a 1020 error; File "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr0.dat": can't read, error -1020 (sharing violation) File "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr1.dat": can't read, error -1020 (sharing violation) I have check the MS site but can't find any info these files.
