505 Error After Migrating to New Computer

Howdy Folks,

 

 

 

Ever since I set up a user on a new computer, retrospect has reported a 505 error. I have tried all of the likely solutions like Forget, Login, installing new client software, turning off this user's previous computer.

 

 

 

What should I try next?
