geofgibson Posted December 4, 2002 Report Share Posted December 4, 2002 I am running Express on an XP Professional system. I got the software with my Yamaha firewire burner. It works great with the firewire burner. I have since installed an internal ATAPI burner as slave on first IDE channel. Retrospect see it under the "environment" tab, but it will not backup to it. It says there are no backup devices other than the firewire drive. I have been able to burn to the new drive with Easy CD Creator. I have also not been able to access the PDF users guide online.
