swenjohnson
I have an HP OmniBook 4150 Laptop with USB 1.1, running Windows 2000. The IOMega CD RW is USB 2.0. I formatted a CD with IOMega's HotBurn. I can drag-n-drop via Windows explorer. Retrospect Expresss 5.6 Configure Devices shows a Removable Disk, with the name I assigned during HotBurn formatting. The Environment tab shows: CD:1 IOMEGA CDRW6402EXT-B UOSA However, when I attempt an Imediate Backup, I get "Couldn't rease disk, error -102 (trouble communicating)". Is this configuration supported for Express ? -- Swen
swenjohnson
Never mind - I discovered that I had incorrectly installed the driver update. It works now. -- Swen
