Norm
Frequently get 519 Error Can't connect. This error is reporting on the other Mac on our LAN. That Mac has a Retro Client that is On. Is there a foolproof way of locating this other Mac? This happens frequently and very difficult and very time consuming to get Retro 8 running again. Thank you. PS is there a "help" for the fusion BB
Maser
How did you add the mac to the engine? By IP address/hostname? Or by multicast?
Daniels
I have found that restarting the Retrospect process on the client resolves this issue. The best way to do this is to open the client UI on the client and click off while holding down the apple/command key making the status read "turned off". You can then click on to change the status to "ready". If you do this properly the client should no longer appear unreachable.
