Marietta Posted December 14, 2010 Author Report Share Posted December 14, 2010 I get the error during the backup scan. I have tried something different - the windows client is on a mac machine and when I added the files I want to back up through the bootcamp drive, it seems to work fine. Previously, it wouldn't recognize the operating system. The bootcamp is on Drive C, while the other one is on Drive E. Maser Posted December 14, 2010 Report Share Posted December 14, 2010 So, you still can't scan the C: drive correctly (I'm assuming you are booting from the C: drive when you do this...) You might try to isolate what causes the error by creating a series of "Favorite Folders" on the C: and scanning each one.
