ICG Posted September 25, 2002 Report Share Posted September 25, 2002 i am using retrospect 5.6 (workgroup) to make backups of the email from all the computers in the office. we use outlook express. i had to do a restore today from our backup set for my colleague's email. all of his email folders were backed up except for the "sent items" folder. it appears that the other back-ups include the sent items folder, however. any ideas as to why his sent items folder was not included? i did an immediate backup with only his computer and that time it included the sent items, but for some reason the automated backup i did last week did not include it. ideas? many thanks, adriana Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
