Dave... Posted December 10, 2010 Report Share Posted December 10, 2010 I am running Retrospect Backup Professional v6.5.382 (WinXP Pro SP3), and storing data on a CD-ROM (TSSTcorpCD-RW – RDA(1.56)). The PC is fairly old and in case this fails unexpectedly, I’d like the option to restore the CD-ROM data to a Windows 7 system. Retrospect Backup runs OK on the Windows 7 system, and appears to have configured the CD/DVD drive successfully (HL-DT-ST DVD-R – RDI (TAO)) but it cannot read the CD-ROMs holding the backed-up data.
