jsb Posted December 6, 2010 Report Share Posted December 6, 2010 Have been backing up with Retrospect Express HD 2.5 to a NAS (an iomega ix2-200) for about a year. That computer just died, and I'm trying to restore the files to a new machine. Installed the same copy of Retrospect on the new machine, using the same NAS, but when I click the "Restore a backup from other computers", nothing shows up in the next box that says "Select a computer to view its restore points"..... When I check the Retrospect Restore Points folder on the NAS, there are RBC files for both the old and new machine - so I would expect the old machine to show up. Any suggestions?
