spudding Posted September 23, 2002 Report Share Posted September 23, 2002 I have a VXA AutoPak 15 tape autoloader, OS 10 etc.. I want Retrospect to Backup to Set A one week and Set B the next week using a recycle backup each time... so set A is completed and then by the time it is erased, set B is complete. I am running a Backup Server as there are lots of laptops there, so doing what Dantz suggests and running a seperate recycle backup script is not practical. Is there a way for Retrospect to use 15 tapes and then ask for the other cartidge when 15 tapes are full? Can I limit the StorageSet to 15 tapes? OR is there another way for the Backup server to run and recycle the set of 15 tapes when it changes? Help would be appreciated.. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
