KenBrey
The c:\Documents and Settings folder default permissions seem to exclude all content from retrospect backups for systems with Windows Server 2008, and probably other newer MS OS's. What is the best way to backup files inside these folders? Is there a way other than to modify the permissions on this folder for all clients? Is there a group policy setting, or other universal setting, which would expose these folders on all servers on the network?
KenBrey
I guess it might not matter. The c:\Users folder seems to contain the same files. And Retrospect is backing that up.
DeltaBank
C:\Documents and Settings has been replaced by C:\Users. The former is still there just for compatiability reasons with older stuff.
