Strategy for taking tapes off site daily

I have a client who must manually start the backup job after some "end of day" utilities are run. After the daily backup is complete the tape(s) need to be taken off site. To save time I would like to use incremental backups.

 

 

 

Should I create 5 different backup scripts (Monay - Friday) and 5 different backup sets?

 

 

 

I also am not clear on exactly how the backup sets work. After one tape is full I assume I add another tape to the set. Then do all the tapes in the set have to be taken off site?
