milton2wings Posted March 22, 2010 Report Share Posted March 22, 2010 Hi. I am totally new to Retrospect. I downloaded two versions, HD 2.5 and the more complex version, which I later removed. I was receiving a message which read Error 1101 - file or folder cannot be found. In response, after looking at the knowledgebase, I relabelled two files, but that did not work, and seems to have created even more problems. What I would dearly love to do is to remove all Retrospect files and begin over again.Could anyone help on this?? Actual error message: Normal backup using DirectBackup at 22/03/2010 05:10 Can't access Backup Set RestorePoint, error -1101 (file/directory not found) 22/03/2010 05:10:42: Execution incomplete Many thanks in advance..
