I have checked my media and the drive shows in the window, but the program will not recognize my DVD. I have tried +R and -R just to be safe. Computer: 2.16 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Internal DVD drive: Matshita DVD-R UJ-85J I would like to attach screen snap shots, but there is no "manage files" here to upload them. I also read a previous post that dvd's are not supported and you have to enable optical device support in Retrospect 8. Is this the issue I am having trouble with? See: Retrospect 8.x Optical Support You also have to wave a rubber chicken around your head and chant "Boole and Babbage" while you run the program.
