Dimetrodon
I haven't used my EMC Retrospect 7.5 backup system for over a year now (due to possible USB conflict; it's been unplugged). I would like to start using Retrospect again and start fresh using the same USB hard drive. QUESTION: How do I delete the old backup data from the hard drive? It's over a year old and I don't want it any more. I want to run the same Retrospect scripts, just remove all the old backup data first. I could delete the old backup data from the Windows OS, but I'm afraid I might mess up Retrospect. Is there a better way to do this from within the Retrospect app itself? I can't find any info in Help or FAQs. Thanks.
rhwalker
recycle - that will empty out the backup set contents.
