benn Posted December 23, 2009 Report Share Posted December 23, 2009 Can anyone help?... After a restart, Retrospect is running an activity called Retrieve Snapshot... It wants media to complete. I'm assuming it needs to do this, but when it does this, the media has already been taken off-site. I stop the activity as I can;t give it the media it wants, but it just keeps re-trying each time I restart. Can anyone shed any light on this? Does it need to happen, and if not, how can I stop it? Even more problematic, because it crashes whenever it gets to a pc (as opposed to mac) client. why is this running, and how can I stop it?
