No disks available to store backup?

Recently purchased an Intel Storage server 4200-E which came with EMC Retrospect Express HD.


The intel server is working great. Connected to drives etc.


Now when I try and configure the Retrospect client to backup my workstation..... No drives appear on the list for destinations. e.g. window comes up "Select the disk(s) to store your backups:" and no disks are listed. In additoin to connection to the storage server. Local to the machine I have a 1TB external USB drive along with a RAID array. As such I would expect multiple destinations to be available for selection. What gives???
