nielscastle Posted November 4, 2009 Report Share Posted November 4, 2009 Hi there, Just purchased an EMC RETROSPECT DESKTOP 3 USER UAC MAC 8.0 ESD license, but when adding the license in the Retrospect Preferences pane it responds "An error occured". In the Console the message is: PreferencesLicensesController::clickOkForAddLicense exception loading licenses: RefLicensesContainer::AddLicense failed with error "doesn't apply to any known component or function" I'm eager to get started.
