dclair Posted October 4, 2009 Report Share Posted October 4, 2009 I accidentally deleted all the backup files for ONE of my computers that was backed up on the external HD. The Retrospect Express HD software though still thinks that all these backup points still exist so it is still only doing an incremental backup. What I want to do is for the software to forget about the previous backups [that are now gone] and then begin with a full backup and then incremental backups.
