pfauland
Doing a full backup of a Macbook OS X 10.5.8 there are a little 48 files (cache files) left, that are not backuped. So I removed them via rule (all without cache) and re-run the script. Still I get a !Trouble matching Macintosh HD to Media Set xxx NAS, error -641 ( unknown ) Any thoughts ?? Thanks for your help ...
twickland
What versions of the Retrospect client and application software are you using? Is the -641 error message new, or were you also getting it when the few files were not getting backed up?
pfauland
I am using 8.1 (build 150). It was the first time doing backup with version 8. These few files were not backuped and the backup stopped with error -641. In addition also a larger number of files "remaining" was visible in the log file. So apparently it just stopped. Which is bad, of course ...
twickland
As with Lennart Thelander's reply to your other post, you need to post this one in the Retrospect 8 forum.
