OS X 10.2 [Jaaguar] problem

I am familiar with

BUT my Retrospect crashes on OS X10.2 when I start it up MANUALLY.

 

See the crash report below.

 

 

 

What's going on? How can I disable the RetroRun command in Retrospect wich I

 

use manually and not with automatic execution.

I get a similar console crash report, except that Retrospect continues to load and appears to be operational. (I actually get two sequential Retrospect icons appearing in Dock; first one comes and goes and then next one appears and then console launches to display crash details). However, the app no longer recognizes the cd-rw disks in my QueFire external drive as valid media. Here are details from console:
