Roberto Cox
I am using Retrospect version 7.5.387. Once a week I duplicate some of my important files to an external MyBook using the "copy" feature. I had no problems for months but all of a sudden one of the files can not be copied anymore. I am getting a message that says "File X: can't write, error 1115 (disk full). The point is that the disk is far from being full. File X is only 17 GIG large, while the destination MyBook has 631 GIG free! Could anyone help?
safreeds
If I understand correctly, you are attempting to copy a single file 17GB in size? Can you manually copy that file? How much free space do you have on the C: drive of the "retrospect server"? (I know it's an odd question but it makes a difference.)
Roberto Cox
Yes, although I have not tried I believe I can manually copy it with no problem. Drive C has not much space, it has only 24.5 GIG available.
