Foresite Posted June 26, 2009 Report Share Posted June 26, 2009 I have a new install of Multi Server 7.6 running running on Server 2003. It refuses to run its nightly scheduled backup and will only run it the next day when I log back into the server and launch Retrospect. I've checked that the launcher service is running (it is). I've checked the schedule on the backups (they are correct, and do launch as overdue when I log back into the server and launch Retrospect). Do I need to leave an admin user logged in for the scripts to launch Retrospect and run the backup? If not, any idea why this might be happening? I did do a search of the KBase and forums and have tried the few things that I found that seem to fit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
