lushlife la Posted September 10, 2008 Report Share Posted September 10, 2008 We are using Retrospect Express 7.0 w/ a Simple Share external hard drive. It was backing up properly until 9/4, and now will no longer back up. It seems that the problem is that Retrospect will not recognize the external drive on the network, even though it is accessible and running through windows. I have tried to groom the backup sets and repair the catalog, but neither operation will work because the member will only show up as missing. I cannot navigate to the network drive through any of the retrospect windows. Any advice on how to get retrospect to recognize the drive?
