cblair Posted August 8, 2002 Report Share Posted August 8, 2002 We've experienced random stalls using an Onstream DI30 during network backups during the last 6 months. Tried all kinds of things to correct it...what seems to have solved this problem is telling Retrospect to ignore all the other ASPI devices in the system. It was seeing the hard disk; a removable jaz drive plus a CD drive. Haven't seen the problem for two weeks no since making the change.
