Bola Posted July 23, 2008 Report Share Posted July 23, 2008 Hello, I am currently running Restrospect Express updated to version 7.5 387 Hotfix 7.5.11.100 with an Imomega REV drive 35GB on Windows XP SP2. Manual Backup and restore works fine. I then created a script for 5 days to start at 11pm each day. On the first day Activity Monitor in the scheduled Tab shows the job as "waiting for Local Disk C" Sheduled tab shows the script as waiting. I then did a check on the script and got the below for each folder I tried to backup Script is BACKUP MON "This script is not ready cannot access volume Document and settings on Local Disk (C:) error -843 (resource is in use by another operation" why will it allow a manual backup of the same drive and not an automated one. I have not setup a user account on the XP machine all default. Any help with regards to how I can resolve this issue will be most appreciated.
