Express ignores large files

When I do a NAS backup to an external drive, it copies all files except large ones (wmv - <1 GB, iso - <800 MB, etc.). Next time I do a duplicate, it "copies" the same files as well as any new ones, but they're not in the backup. It does this every time I do a backup. And with no errors indicated. :confused2: Is there a limit to Express file sizes or is there another configuration that says to ignore certain file types or sizes? I have selected "all files" in the script. The NAS and external drives are the same size, so space is not an issue (100's of GB's available). PC has 4GB RAM and ReadyBoost another 4GB and the PC has 100's of GB disk space for swap.
