lacohn Posted March 15, 2008 Report Share Posted March 15, 2008 (edited) I am using Retrospect Express HD for Windows, version 1.0.205 on our office Windows 2000 server. All the restore points are there (for the past year and a half), but when I try to restore a file to a new directory on the desktop, it comes up with an empty folder, with no restored files inside. I've tried different restore points, and different files, and with the same result. Can anyone help? I'm using a Maxtor onetouch.
