Shodin Posted March 15, 2008 Author Report Share Posted March 15, 2008 I'm also having another problem. The Retrospect Express HD software is also crashing Explorer from time to time. I'll come into work sometimes and about half my icons are gone out of the system tray. When the Retrospect software isn't running it never happens. I noticed from time to time the CPU utilization goes as high as 5% and came here to check why, and found this thread. The focus problem is annoying for sure, but the Explorer crashing should be deemed critical and a fix should be released ASAP. You can't crash the desktop constantly in a production release!
