The Stop All Execution Button - Auto uncheck it?

I have a Retrospect Express 7.5 deployed to 300 + machines and we are using it to backup to local usb drive.

We have an issue that if Retrospect is stopped from going through its executions for any reason the Stop All Execution Activity remains depressed until its cleared. Which is easy enough to uncheck I know, but in dealing with this many folks....well lets just say it would be way better to automate wiping out that button or an auto uncheck, a reset timer, reset on reboot, vb script, anything.

I saw another post that was pretty similar and that was confirmed as a no way around it, but that had to do with external tapes and i don't think there was reboots involved.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
