KathyP11
I am trying to run Retrospect Express v. 5.0.201 for the first time on my Apple laptop using OSX v. 10.2.8. After clicking the "yes, really backup" button, I get the error message "No disc storage devices found." Pardon me, but WTF? There's a blank CD sitting in the drive. The tutorial on the website was not helpful, as there was some kind of "configure" button not visible when I tried the path. I was appalled when I phoned Tech. Support, only to find out they wanted me to pay an additional $40 to try to get the $70 software to work. Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem? joecorv73
I was told when I had that problem to get update 5.0.238 and driver v3.4, It would be on their website under UPDATES.
