abigail1
I've posted this elsewhere but to no avail and at this point am about to return this product for a refund. I was able to do one full backup, but daily backups simply don't happen; all I get is a message of"no disc storage devices found." Well, I'm working with the internal CD drive of an ibook, so it's got to recognize that. I've programmed everything to back up to CD, so that's not the problem either. I've even reconfigured Retrospect AGAIN to recognize my CDs, and that was fine. But voila, when you try to actually DO anything, the same message comes up. What gives? I've never had such a lousy experience with software (or read such a badly-written manual, for that matter). Is Retrospect worth it?
