License Code Problem

We currently have Version 4.3C of Retrospect running, with 20 licenses, 15 unused. We just purchased a 10 Clent pack of version 5.0 (For OSX support). I open the license manager, and try to enter the license code from my packaging, and get an "invalid license code" error. The documentation says 4.2 or better on the server, which we have. What was not made clear?

5.0 clients are a paid upgrade and designed to run only on our currently shipping version and higher, which is Retrospect 5.0. Unfortunately, Retrospect 4.3 will not accept these license codes.

 

 

 

You will need to run Retrospect 5.0 in order to use these license codes.
