AmyJ
Retrospect is compatible with the Apple iDisk, however its use is very limited. Slow data transfer, along with limited storage space make this a less then ideal storage solution. You will need to mount your IDisk space on the desktop of your computer and use a File Backup set (saved to the IDisk).
jamesw
Re: retrospect and idisk? hmmm so theres no support for webdav protcol? - this is a much faster way of getting to an idisk (via the freeware programme Goliath) my concern comes following recent changes to appple's itools / .mac facility, and the inclusion of an idisk backup programme that doesnt run on OS9.... does anyone know of any other os9 solutions for backup to idisk? Also does the osX version of retrospect have greater idisk integration? thanks jw
AmyJ
The OS X version of Retrospect does not use IDisk storage space any differently then the OS 9 version.
