jarea Posted August 5, 2002 Report Share Posted August 5, 2002 I am running a LaCie SCSI 24x CD/R-CD/RW model CDBP-241040S with an Orange Micro SCSI card. When I try to backup, it goes through all of the motions of creating the backup until it is time to write and then it just sits there with the two Retrospect "cog" icons spinning. The system does not lock. What do I have to do to get the backup to operate? Otherwise, what can I do to get a refund for this product?
