harrisam
I just replace a SCSI Yamaha Burner with a Yamaha Firewire burner. Everything seems to working fine except I noticed that Express says the new burner is a "yamaha CD-RW, SCSI 1:1" The SCSI 1:1 is the old address for the SCSI burner. Why does Express show that address when its on a firewire connection? Thanks, Harris
AmyJ
In 4.3 Retrospect and earlier, all devices would show up in the Device Status window with what appears to be a SCSI ID. This is normal and cosmetic only. With Retrospect 5.0 we have changed the "look" of the window to differentiate between SCSI, ATAPI, USB and Firewire.
