directlink Posted July 25, 2002 Report Share Posted July 25, 2002 I have Restrospect Workgroup installed on server and it has worked great for months and is still working. However, when I click on reports it now never shows any thing complete. It just shows Zero If I click on Log it appears that it has ran just fine. Any idea how to get reports to work? AmyJ Posted July 25, 2002 Report Share Posted July 25, 2002 Make sure your View Options are set correctly for the backup report. While in the report, go to the Report drop down menu and select View Options. Make sure you are viewing Events: All Types, Event Dates: All Events and Show: All Backups, etc. If the report is set to show all events, and you are still not seeing them, your preferences may be corrupted - try temporarily removing the Retrospect Preferences folder (System:Preferences). Relaunch Retrospect and set up/run a quick backup. Check the Report - is it correctly displaying the backup you just ran? If so, you may need to recreate your scripts and log in any clients that were being backed up. If you continue to have the same problem, try reinstalling Retrospect from scratch.
